Keeping it simple, functional and… majestic

 

Maximizing space and storage in a small urban condo is no easy task. This project was all about utilizing every inch available to us, while keeping a sleek and simple contemporary design. With white cabinets and the warmth of maple, we managed to create a concept both simple and functional.

 

By keeping it simple, it allowed us to put forward the old architectural elements such as the handcrafted moldings and ceiling medallion, and add a bold statement with expressive backsplash. With smaller European sized appliances, we were able to increase storage -where needed- and use this kitchen to its full potential.
